My New Workout Program

Well, I am 8 days into my new "Jillian Michael's" Workout program. I have not lost any weight as yet, but I am sore all over, so I guess that counts for something! I am also back a Krav Maga; while I cannot do everything (mainly kicks) I am able to do most things to at least some degree.
